Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about The Northumberland Association of Boys Clubs Football League, herein known as The NABC and football related products or services which we may offer.

Username and password (Members Area)

If you are asked to register you must provide a valid email address which will be used for verification purposes only and not passed on to any third party & you will be asked to create a username and password when doing so. You must ensure that you keep your username and password secret and that you do not disclose them to anyone as you will be responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password.

It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your username or password or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it. You may notify us by e-mail to webadmin@thenabc.co.uk. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any person / organisation registering as a user and or member intentionally will have their IP ADDRESS recorded at all times. We will not pass on any members details, nor sell for marketing puposes to a third party. Code of conduct

You agree that you are responsible for everything that you transmit to the Site and you agree not to:

• use the forum for any commercial purpose
• post content or participate in any form of discussion which is unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or which otherwise includes objectionable material
• post content which you do not have the right to use or transmit to the Site any material containing software viruses or files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer or telecommunications equipment or
• impersonate any other person or entity whilst using the Site.
• publish or advertise any activity that is in competition with, or deemed detrimental to, the NABC Football League.

We will be entitled at our discretion to remove anything which is transmitted to, from or via the Site or posted on the Site which, in our opinion, is objectionable or does not comply with these terms and conditions in any way. We will not be liable for doing this and we are not obliged to notify any person when doing so. All decisions for this action will be actioned upon notice received from an NABC Football League offical or committee member. We may also bar your access to this Site if you breach these provisions.

Availability of the Site

We have taken every care in the preparation of the Site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the Site at all times.

Information & Content on the Site

The information on the Site has been included in good faith and relies upon the individual time and availability of our volunteers to provide such information. It is noted that we may not be in a position to provide such information within specific timeframes or deadlines, however every effort will be made to improve the availability of such information. There may be occassions when certain detailed information such as goal difference or results are not recorded accurately online, all information will be collated and checked periodically by related parties and as such any innaccuracies shall be rectified.

Ownership of Materials on the Site

The NABC, unless otherwise stated, is the sole owner of all copyright and the site Information and Contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the Site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) as your own. In addition to the restrictions set out, where you obtain contact names and addresses from the Site Membership area, you must comply with data protection legislation and may only make reasonable limited use of the names and addresses in order to obtain further information about official fixtures and arrangements as a member of The NABC Football League.

The NABC Football League have created a secure area for members access as verified users only. All payments online are taken via PayPal and paid directly into our account with them

Payment Method

PayPal accept all payments on our behalf and through their own Internationally recognised secure payment gateway. You may pay either through a registered PayPal account or via a Visa / Debit card.

Your security

The NABC League DO NOT store any card details and the only records we do keep are the user name, amount and reference of the verified member who is making the payment
