Support & advice when using non-qualified referees
We recognise the fact that so many teams have no option but to spin up and use a non-qualified referee from the touchline.
Whilst we are unable to provide referees for all our games, we can help clubs, managers and volunteer understand the duties & responsibilities of the person who agrees to officiate following the spin of a coin.
We have now completed and signed off our guide and the concensus of opinion is that it should be made available generally and not restricted.
