The CONTACT LISTS are online however to access these in our secure area, only official managers/coaches may register by using the link below.Due to the colour coding of results sheets, these will NOT be available online at present and are available from the office. Below we have brief extracts regarding the most common queries regarding certain rules and procedures.
All information below represent extracts from the Official Overarching Governing Document of Football within Northumberland clubs for young people including the Pin Point Recruitment NABC Football League.
- Each team may register a max of 18 players (U17s=20)
- Any player aged 9 or under on 1st September 2007 will not be eligible to play at 11-a-side football.
- First registration is free, re-registrations/transfers cost £10.00.
- Players may only play for a maximum of TWO teams a season.
- Players may not return to their first club following a transfer.
- Transfers / re-registrations are restricted between Monday 1st October 2007 & 2pm on Friday 29th February 2008
- Players are restricted to 1 transfer per season
- Results may be sent via TEXT at anytime following the game and no later than 7.15pm.
- Phone calls must be between 5.30-7.15pm only.
- Result sheets must be posted to West 15, not faxed, to arrive by Thursday following the game.
- All sheets must be fully completed and signed appropriately.
- Failure to do so will result in a £10.00 fine.
- Emailed results MUST be directed to the appropriate fixture secretary and will not be 'forwarded on behalf'
- All protests and complaints must be filed using the 'Protest form'
- The form must be submitted within 7 days of match being played.
- The club secretary must sign the form
- Enclose a £10.00 protest fee (do not post cash)
- Complaints regarding qualifioed referees must be directed to the Northumberland FA.
- Requests must be submitted to the office using the appropriate Dispensation form
- A minimum 28 days notice must be given
- Enclose a stamped address envelope
- An application does not guarantee permission will be given.
- No results will be accepted/posted unless received via the fixture secretary.
- Any missing/incorrect results must be passed on to the appropriate fixture secretary.
- The website will collate any incorrect or missing results periodically with fixture secretaries.
- Failure of a team to be represented at a league meeting £25.00
- Failure to provide a fully complete and correct result Sheet £10.00
- Failure to report results to fixtures secretary within agreed timescale £10.00
- Failure to respond to correspondence within an agreed timescale £10.00
- Failure to appoint a neutral referee as defined in the league regulations £50.00+ points awarded to non defaulting team
- Playing an unregistered player £50.00 +points awarded to defaulting team
- Failure to abide by Fair Play Charter £50.00
- Bringing the league into disrepute - levied by committee
- Failure to return Cups on time £25.00+ any engraving / cleaning / repair / replacement costs
- Failure to fulfil a fixture £50.00+ points awarded to defaulting team
- Refusal to exchange player’s counterfoils £20.00+ points awarded to non defaulting team
- Failure to pay fine within allotted timescale £10.00
