2009 - 2010 Season updates

The new season will start on Sunday 30th August 2009. The league are aware not all teams will have access to pitches, and where possible this will be taken into consideration.

These are the confirmed date for the appropriate managers to attend meetings where the official 09/10 league structures will be available. Both days will be held at Ann Welfare, Cramlington JFC.

Wednesday 15th July

  • Under 11s - 6.30-7.15pm
  • Under 12s - 7.30-8.15pm
  • Under 13s - 8.30-9.15pm

Thursday 16th July

  • Under 14 & 15s - 6.30-7.30pm
  • Under 16 & 17s - 8.00-9.00pm

  • 10am - 2.00pm

We would like to draw your attention to the following key rule updates and changes for 2009/2010. Please note the information worded below is an 'overview' of the official wording for advice. You must consult the Overarching League rules 2009-2010 document for exact terminology.

Match balls

  • A size 4 Ball will be used for Under 11, 12 and 13s
  • A size 5 ball for Under 14, 15, 16 and 17s

Registrations and transfers

  • Players may not be de-registered or transferred until October 1st 2009
  • No transfers or registrations will be allowed after 31st March 2010
  • Players will be allowed TWO transfers during the season
  • Players may NOT play for anymore than THREE teams during the season

Counterfoils

  • Counterfoils MUST be carried and presented at all official fixtures.
  • Any team failing to produce their counterfoils will receive a £20.00 fine
  • And the POINTS AWARDED to the non-defaulting team
