February half term and cancellation of fixtures
The Pin Point NABC league would like to remind all managers to make every attempt to complete fixtures during the February half term. If clubs agree to extra fixtures then they MUST INFORM THE FIXTURE SECRETARY.
The extract below is taken from the Overarching governing document (incorporating the league rules) and is located on page 18.
Section 5 states...
(B) When two teams have still to play each other twice, and the pitch of the home
team is not available for any reason, the match MUST be reversed to the ground of
their opponents even at short notice. A decision to reverse the fixture on the day of
the match must be made by mutual consent.
